Casey keynoted a presentation at Gering Public Schools Opening Meetings. Attendees included all faculty, staff and administration from the Gering Public Schools. "We Become What We Believe" was the theme of the open meeitngs and Casey paired his YOU vs YOU philosophy to the theme.

Casey keynoted a convention for Nebraska Administrative Education Professionals.
He interreacted and provided insight to over 150 business managers, accountants, secretaries and administrative assistants from many public school districts in the state of Nebraska. The keynote was based on his "YOU vs YOU" principle, "to truly serve others, we must serve ourselves first".

Casey facilitated a powerful, interactive, and engaging workshop with Lincoln Public Schools Scholar Equity Cadre. The scholars examined bias, connectivity, and the concept of Ubuntu to achieve equity, inclusion, and belonging.
